At Beauty, Truth, and Goodness, each item is made to order and personalized specifically for you.

Personalized Items
Because our products are custom-made, personalized items are non-refundable once production has begun.

You may request changes or cancellations before production begins by contacting us promptly after placing your order. Production typically begins once required personalization details are received.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Production Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after all required personalization details are received.
